TODAY:   CLOUDY AND COLD WITH COLD WIND CHILLS IN THE 20S AND 30S BELOW.  BLOWING SNOW, WITH ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 INCHES WEST, UP TO 6 INCHES ACROSS PARTS OF NORTHERN MINNESOTA.  SNOW ENDING WEST TO EAST, WIND: NORTHWEST 10 TO 25 MPH.  TEMPERATURE SLOWLY FALLING THROUGH THE DAY.
TONIGHT: CLEARING AND COLD WITH DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS. AIR TEMPERATURE NEAR 20 TO 25 BELOW BY MORNING.  WIND DIMINISHING.
THURSDAY:  SUNNY AND COLD WITH COLD WIND CHILLS.  SUBZERO HIGH.  WIND: TURNING SOUTHEAST IN THE MORNING.
